Keeping Students at the Center: Expanding Our Understanding of Student Engagement

As a Scholar, Hailley Fargo continued the work she began as a Fellow to map the engagement journey of students. Through her time as a scholar, she expanded her research to include students beyond University Park to extend to the Commonwealth campuses.   Recognizing that campus student experiences are different from University Park and that these students have unique needs, Fargo set out to establish new patterns from the mapped journeys that could be utilized to better understand engagement at Penn State.
